Step 1: Log Into the NTSA Service Portal

Visit your eCitizen account and access the NTSA Service Portal.

Navigate to:

Vehicle Registration

Then select:

Apply for Reflective Plate

This starts the online application process.

Ensure the vehicle is registered under your NTSA account before proceeding.
